CRR/SPECIAL ROAD DISTRICT (SRD) DIRECTOR JEFF PARCEL RESIGNS

SRD Chairman Lynn Breeden contacted Ranch Matters and confirmed SRD Director Jeff Parcel resigned his position this morning. Breeden added he plans on contacting Jefferson County for guidance.

Parcel sent Breeden the following email: “For personal reasons and effective immediately, I resign from the SRD. I apologize for any disruptions this might cause.”

Breeden: “On a personal note, I feel it necessary to publish my contact information for the Ranch taxpayers/homeowners.
