NOTE: On June 16th, SRD Director Ed Thompson sent Ranch Manager Judy Lapora the
Special Meeting Notice for publication on the HOA’s communication platforms. The Notice
was NOT PUBLISHED.
Last Friday, June 19th, SRD Chairman Lynn Breeden contacted the HOA Administration and
requested the Special Meeting Notice be published on the HOA’s website and via the Phase Rep system. The HOA representative was unable to comply with his request without
permission from Manager Lapora who was not working and not expected back until tomorrow,
Tuesday, June 23rd.
Breeden: “While the SRD has been open and transparent throughout this controversy the HOA
has been working diligently to control the narrative in their favor while at the same time limiting how much factual information is released to the homeowners.”
