LOGGERHEADS

Both the SRD and HOA are at loggerheads or deadlocked in their individual positions and though the

SRD is openly discussing their case, the Ranch HOA, or more precisely, the Ranch President, refused

to talk about it. President Bob Beveridge indicated any discussions regarding the above topics would

have to be held in the HOA/BOD’s Executive Session due to the contractual nature of this controversy.

Regarding money matters or the lack thereof, the SRD is considering placing on the November ballot

a levy to help cover the cost for road maintenance.
