WALKED THE WALK

WALKED THE WALK

.

As reported yesterday, in our story, “WIDOWS BEWARE”, we exposed Ranch CC&R Committee Chairperson Stephanie Proffitt’s ultimatum to resident Roxanne. Proffitt: “IF YOU DON’T GET THIS PLACE CLEANED UP TODAY, YOU WILL BE FINED $500.00.”

Additionally we asked if any of the churches on the Ranch offered an OUTREACH PROGRAM. We added: “Are they walking the walk or talking the talk?”

ONE DAY LATER

To the credit of the Ranch Chapel and one of their Deacons, resident Jack Kennedy volunteered his time and equipment today.

He WALKED THE WALK.

Ranch Matters (RM) met with Kennedy and Roxanne on site to discuss how to comply with Proffitt’s ultimatum and resolve the issues.

Jack isn’t interested in credit and clearly gave the credit to God.

Jack:

“I’m representing God first, then the Ranch Chapel.”

He added:

“All of the churches on the Ranch are important to our community and all glory goes to GOD.”

Ranch Chapel Pastor David Stone told RM:

“I’m pleased to see Jack’s involvement in the community and responding to a need.”

Pastor Stone is aware of the challenges facing our residents and asked:

“How do you get the word out-that’s the challenge.”

If a resident has a need, Stone stated:

“We will prayerfully respond to the needs that come to our attention.”

He understands that getting the word out is paramount in any kind of a formal outreach program.
