TAXATION WITH MISREPRESENTATION-Ballot # 16-88

President David Palmer stated in his August 2017 newsletter message: “…the Enhanced Sheriff’s Patrol issue, which Mr. Stevens and Mr. Stangland have accused the Association of colluding and being in bed with the County administrators of Jefferson County.” We stand by our statement the CRR Board and the Jefferson County Commission “being in bed” together and we did not use the word “colluding,” that’s President Palmer’s word-FREUDIAN?

President Palmer, the face of CRR, publicly has stated in multiple venues, conflicting and confusing reports about our Board’s true level of involvement regarding this Tax Proposal.

President Palmer came unglued and started singing different tunes after Holly Gill from the Madras Pioneer published the article titled: “CRR CONSIDERS WAYS TO ENHANCE LAW ENFORCEMENT.” There was a problem with Holly’s story-it was FACTUAL and it was a message the CRR Board of Directors COULD NOT CONTROL.

President Palmer immediately went on the attack-again and accused the media of “misleading the readers with false and disingenuous” statements. President Palmer stated: “the article portrays that it is the Home Owners Association Board that is pushing for this Patrol District. This is false.” Who Signed The Resolution-Our Board.

Unbelievably, President Palmer continues advancing the false narrative that Director James Dille, the Board’s point man for this Tax Proposal, is just a private citizen/voter and the Board is simply “taking a neutral stance.”

THE EVIDENCE BELOW SUGGEST OTHERWISE-You Be The Judge.
