RESOLUTION RETALIATION

At last Monday’s (6/20/22), Regular Board Meeting the Directors voted unanimously-in Executive Session, to approve 3 specious Resolutions.

Briefly, the Resolutions covered email communications, conduct matters and harassment and intimidation issues.

The Resolutions were dated 6/20/22, and signed by President Bill Burt and Secretary/Director/Realtor Julia Randall.

Resolutions ATTACHED

Burt adjourned the meeting to Executive Session without a vote. Further, Burt failed to state the general nature of the action(s) to be considered in accordance with state law.

SECRECY CONTINUES

President Bill Burt and the Board were hell-bent to pass something restricting homeowners/ members rights as part of their on-going retaliatory practices.

.

Interestingly, their own CC&R Rules involving enforcement procedures, states:

“In many cases, conditions and activities which could impact negatively on the rights and welfare of Crooked River Ranch property owners and other Ranch residents are regulated by state and federal statutes, and by the code of Deschutes and Jefferson Counties.

.

These statutes and codes carry the force of law and are enforced by government bodies.

.

The Crooked River Ranch Club and Maintenance Association does NOT have the authority to enforce these statutes and codes,

but would support higher authority in their efforts for the benefit of the Ranch community.

Ranch Matters (RM) is currently reviewing the Resolutions and will be posting a series of in- depth news reports.

.

RM intends to defend our First Amendment-PRESS RIGHTS vigorously. They have tried to silence us before.

.

KEEP CHECKING BACK.
