Ranch Matters posted a story on 9/10/19, titled, MEMO TO THE RANCH, regarding whose responsible for the maintenance at Panorama Park.

On December 01, 2010, a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING was executed between Jefferson County and the Crooked River Ranch Club & Maintenance Association.

According to the Memo/Agreement, the Ranch is paid $334.00+/ month as a maintenance fee.

We recently obtained from Jefferson County a LETTER OF SUPPORT, dated 9/10/19, written by Ranch President Carl Harbour looking in part, for help maintaining Panorama Park.

Harbour’s letter opens with, “We need your help maintaining and improving Panorama Park.”
