“NEW MOU”

Tomorrow, 1/27/21, the Jefferson County Commissioner’s will be addressing the controversial Panorama Park MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) at their regular meeting.

In advance of the meeting, Ranch Matters hand delivered yesterday, the attached letter for the Commissioners review. We stated in part: “Since unaccountable taxpayers funds are commingled with Ranch Maintenance funds does the Commission have a responsibility to thoroughly audit/investigate this matter before making any future decisions?”

COPY OF LETTER ATTACHED

County Chair/Commissioner Kelly Simmelink, responded: “The County Commissioners are diligently working with Blake Fonnesbeck, the Building & Grounds Director, to thoroughly review the past issues associated with the current MOU before moving forward with a NEW MOU.”

Commissioner Simmelink added: “At Wednesday’s (1/27/2021) Jefferson County Commissioner’s Meeting the Commission will be hearing from Director Fonnesbeck regarding the status of a New MOU.”
