At last Monday’s (10/17/22), CRR/BOD MEETING,
.
Ranch resident Max Anthony was allowed to present some “suggested” Resolutions to the Directors during the Public Input portion of the meeting.
.
Max has been keeping an eye on the Board of Directors for the last 6 months and stated:
“Its made me quite alert because I was very dismayed of what was going on. Specifically, what was going on with the new Resolutions they made, I felt like they were very draconian, very authoritarian-I’ve never seen anything like that in my life.”
.
Max handed each Director a copy of his suggested Resolutions titled:
“CROOKED RIVER RANCH CLUB AND MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION-FUTURE RESOLUTIONS 2022 10/17/2022″ and was allowed to discuss, point-by-point, his concerns and suggestions after his 3 minutes had expired.

While Max was dialoguing with the Directors and before expanding on his Primary Points he was told by Director Ara Erdekian:
“That’s 3 minutes.”
.
President Kari Vickery stated:
“We don’t have to allow Public Input” and then gave him an additionally 5 minutes to conclude his presentation.”
.
.
PRIMARY POINTS:
Point 1: “Protect and defend our Constitutional First Amendment Right to Freedom of Speech”
.
Point 2: “Repeal and outlaw the power of the Association to issue fines to members”
.
Point 3: “All CC&R’s and Bylaws should be in compliance with state and federal laws”
.
Point 4: “Members must be allowed to take an active role in community and financial
decisions”
.
Max reached out to Ranch Matters and said:
.
“The homeowners need to wake up and get involved. Freedoms on the Ranch are at risk. They are using the Resolutions imposed by the Ranch Directors last June as a means of silencing us. Fining homeowners is like starting a WAR.”
