“DON’T WANT TO BE THE SCAPEGOAT FOR THE RANCH…”
On June 1st, Ranch Matters published a report titled, “SPIES LIKE US” regarding an interview with former Ranch General Maintenance Supervisor, Steve Swigart.
In the report, Swigart discussed his unexpected termination from the Ranch and he shared some of his thoughts and experiences as the Maintenance Supervisor.
We published a second report on June 10, titled, “$HIT $TORM” which included a video segment of Swigart discussing the RV PARK Septic Systems and the recently ILLEGALLY added Dump Stations in Section D of the park.
Both stories dealt in part with Swigart’s various responsibilities that included the strange, bizarre, shocking and costly.
Today, Swigart again sat down with Ranch Matters and discussed the WARNING LETTER from DEQ sent to the Ranch Officials regarding the ILLEGALLY installed Dump Stations. Swigart also talked about the BOCCE BALL “Disaster.”
SEE SWIGART’S UNEDITED VIDEO INTERVIEW ATTACHED for details.
Swigart additionally provided a second video interview that recapped earlier statements concerning Bugs-Electronic Eavesdropping Devices in the Juniper Room and the real story behind the installation of cameras.
It’s not what the Ranch Officials are telling you.
Another troubling revelation that Swigart elaborated on dealt with a “HIT LIST or BAD GUY LIST” maintained by Ranch Manager, Judy Lapora that contains several names including “John Stevens and Dave Stangland.”
