BETRAYAL?

On May 12, 2021, CC&R Chairman Mark Schneider sent a letter to a Ranch property owner alleging they have violated the CC&R’S by flying a “Political Flag.”

He fails to state any details about the offending flag. He goes on stating, “multiple” complaints have been filed against the alleged violator while describing his investigative process.

Schneider, the Board and Ranch Manager Judy Lapora have gone out of their way tracking, monitoring, as well as, compiling (nefarious) LISTS of Association property owners and in the process have created a snitch culture on the Ranch.

They have engaged in clandestine-sneaky tactics that includes the use of government entities as their personal enforcement arm and Schneider is their point man.

What’s interesting and troubling is Schneider’s letter lists enforcement options available to him that incredibly includes, the utilization of the maintenance staff as his enforcement tool. He implies that the maintenance department will be used by the Board to enter (TRESPASS) onto the homeowners property and in this case, remove the offending flag. The homeowner will also be billed for the staff’s time. He states in part, “…maintenance provided by the Association whose costs would be borne by you the property owner…”

This is the same Schneider that submitted “FALSE” complaints to the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) against Ranch Matters News Service and John Stevens’s private investigators license in 2020.

This is the same Schneider that submitted with his complaint to DPSST a “HIT LIST” of Ranch property owners or “RANCH MATTERS FOLLOWERS” that further referred to some of the followers as “minions” and “MANSON GIRLS.” For what purpose?

This is the same Schneider that told DPSST to revoke Stevens’ private investigators license with the objective of “Forcing” Stevens to move. This is not an isolated incident.

Does Mark Schneider’s position as CC&R Chairman allow him access to homeowners private/ personal and confidential information?
