Former Ranch Director, Carol Orr, received a written OPINION/Email from one of the 9 Supremes (Directors) yesterday from our esteemed Jurist, Mark Schneider. In Schneider’s written opinion, he has clarified and set the precedent for recording Ranch Board Meetings based on his opinion that Ranch Board Meetings are “Public Meetings.” Schneider’s opinion stated in part, “Being in a public meeting, you are subject to being recorded.” Does Schneider’s written opinion represent the majority of the Court/Board or is this his version of a dissenting opinion expressing his disagreement with the majority?
