WHAT’S IN A NAME?
JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RACE
DEBATE.
You’ve probably see their campaign signs peppered throughout the County. Their names, position they’re seeking and campaign slogans.
At last night’s (4/20/22), Commissioners debate, voters had an opportunity to tie the name to a face and learn something about the candidates.
Like Monday nights Sheriff’s Debate, the Commissioner Candidates faced off again at the Jefferson County Community Center and Joe Krenowicz from the Chamber moderated the 90 minute event.
Laurie Danzuka and Mark Wunsch are running for Position 1,
currently held by Mae Huston.
Sabrina Rios is running for Position 2,
held by Kelly Simmelink.
