“Emergency Exit”, “Alternative Exit,” “Secondary Exit” and now “EXTENSION PROJECT”

According to Ranch President Dave Palmer the Quail Exit has Never been referred to as an “emergency exit”???

In September 2013, Alternative Exit Ad-Hoc Committee Chairman Butler (Bim) Gander changed the emergency exit designation to Alternative Exit and suggested the road be Paved.

 

It appears that Mr. Gander’s working relationship with FANs through/with the BLM has helped the project along.

NOTE: We have always supported an Emergency Exit.
