Chaser Being Chased

In last night's CRR/BOD Agenda packet, Ranch Manager Judy Lapora reported, "C.A. Law (Community Association Law Group/ Ranch Attorney Kevin Harker) has had a change in employees. We are currently working with them to help them understand our needs, get organized and hopefully see the same progress with collections that we did in 2018."

Ranch Matters has recently obtained court documents that might help explain why Ranch attorney, Kevin Harker, filed 12 brand new lawsuits against homeowners between January 7, 2019 and February 5, 2019.

According to the court file, attorney Kevin Harker is being chased by the Bank of America for a Default Judgment dating back to 2017 for approximately 15K.

 

As recently as 12/26/18, Harker's Chase bank account was Garnished in the amount of $690.03 and that Garnishment was on top of a previous Garnishment, dated 8/21/18, for $820.61. See Copies of Garnishments Below.

Apparently Harker got Judy's memo and though he may still need some help getting organized, it appears he got the message.
