Wood’s felt it important to stress that’s it not just about his church, but about the Ranch

Community as a whole. Wood’s: “We’re not a church first, we’re a Community first.”

WHAT DOES HE WANT?

Frank Wood is asking for the Ranch HOA to pony up $100K.

According to Mr. Wood, he’s already received $500K and expects his congregation to contribute about $700K. He added: “My proposal is, that the HOA would provide us with a $100,000 dollars over a four year period-$25,000 a year.”

He confirmed he’s not looking for investors, he’s looking for a group of “10 philanthropists partners” to individually donate $100K to assist in building his Dream.

Frank’s presentation included in part, his background, rationale for building the Community Center, amenities, architectural designs and photographs. He stated: “With God’s help, all of you and all of us together, we can make this happen.”

Frank feels this is his last hurrah to gets this done and is “looking under every rock” for financing his project.

Ranch Manager Judy Lapora indicated she has started some kind financial analysis that included looking at CRP funds to see “What We Got.”

Frank: “THIS CHURCH IS NOT ABOUT SUNDAY, IT’S ABOUT THE COMMUNITY.”
