There's a battle brewing on the Ranch over the Water Company's request to the PUC for a Rate Increase.

 

At Monday night's (4/17/23), Regular Board Meeting, President Kari Vickery led the charge and called into question the Water Company's managerial model that bordered on personally, attacking General Manager Frank Day.
