CRR Attorney, Kevin Harker, on 11/06/19, filed a COMPLAINT-In Multnomah County, against a Ranch property owner for $500.99. Case Number: 19 CV 48433.

 

19 days later, Harker filed the same COMPLAINT against the SAME Ranch property owner, for the SAME amount-$500.99, this time in Jefferson County. Case Number: 19 CV 50592.

According to court records, both cases are currently active, yet filed in two separate VENUES.

WHY?
