Due to legal ramifications the following information is designed to provide the reader limited background relevant to President David Palmer's August 2017 libelous message published in the Ranch newsletter. We will be posting chapters-snapshots in Ranch Matters CRR periodically addressing many of President Palmer's false and misleading statements.

WEAPON FREE ZONE-ban, was linked to a "Problem Homeowner" and an unofficial /unfounded police report made by the Ranch Administration in 2015. What does this have to do with President Palmer's August 2017 message? More to follow...
