Butler (Bim) Gander’s attorney, Casey R. Baxter tried once to QUIT and was DENIED.

On June 13, 2018, defense attorney Baxter filed another Motion-AMENDED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY OF RECORD along with his AMENDED DECLARATION IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY OF RECORD.
