As previously reported, Jefferson County Counsel, Alexa Gassner, was asked at yesterday’s Jefferson County Commissioner’s Meeting, whether she had participated in any meetings that included the Sheriff and Ranch Directors about “hate speech” allegations levied against Ranch Matters News, referenced by Ranch VP, Bill Burt at Monday nights CRR/BOD MEETING.

Ms. Gassner made no denials and added, her communications are privileged between the Sheriff, herself and clients.

Today, we submitted to Ms. Gasser a Public Records Request due to her above response.
