BOD President David Palmer was unable to attend the Jefferson County Commissioners Executive Session today.

Apparently, Palmer had an opportunity to meet with some Jefferson County Officials on the Ranch this afternoon.

Was there an Executive Session Meeting right here on the Ranch?
