2/19/18, 11:04 AM THOUGHT HE RESIGNED? SRD Director John Williams, emailed attorney Spencer Rockwell on 1/31/18, confirming Chairman Monte Monteith resigned from the Board. Williams added he’s the “last remaining board member...” An email dated 02/06/18, SRD Director Williams states in part, “I spoke with the Chairman and he agreed to come to the next meeting and help appoint a person that has agreed to sign on.”   He had already resigned??
