This dispute has not been resolved-C#: 18CV 16980. Why?

Offers and opportunities to talk this out have been repeatedly declined by the Ranch Board, most recently, July 9, 2018.

President Palmer and or the Board would have the Ranch Membership believe otherwise.

According to President Palmer, "WORDS MATTER", - so do actions.

"ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS."

The Ranch would rather, manipulate, pontificate, retaliate and litigate instead of Mediate.

"THIS NEEDS TO STOP", Why Not Talk?
