Led the charge and felt it necessary to amend the Policy & Procedures Handbook for the sake of meeting normal community standards.

SECTION 11

The Policy & Procedures Handbook, Section 11 (ll): “Any sign or flag which contains any of the following, in words or pictures, may be handled in an expeditious manner outside the normal CC&R complaint process: VULGARITY, SWEAR WORDS, NUDITY, PORNOGRAPHY, IS MALICIOUS, VICIOUS, PROFANE, INDECENT or any other language or picture that does not meet normal community standards.”

Yesterday, CC&R Committee member James ("LET IT ALL BURN™) Stagl posted on NextDoor the following comment:

"I made a snowman last week. This is all that is left of him” along with a (PHALLIC) SNOWMAN  picture.

We're not prudes, but felt it important to point out the double standards enforced by Ranch Officials.
