After Flag Salute, Roll Call was held and all Directors present-Jeff Parcel, Ed Thompson along with CRR Road Supervisor Jordan Jones.

 

The SRD Directors have been asking for more public involvement and/or input and at this meeting resident Brian Morgan filled the bill.

 

Morgan's questions-concerns, focused in part, on who are the responsible parties related to the Ranch Association and the SRD. He wanted to know in essence, where does the buck stop and how does the SRD interact with the Ranch Manager and the Board of Directors.

Chairman Breeden confirmed where the buck stops.
