Attended today’s 5 minute Pre-Trial conference at the Jefferson County Courthouse.

The judge scheduled June 6, 2018, at 9:00 AM as the Formal Hearing date.

Attorney Tim Gassner representing the SRD and SRD Commissioner John Williams stated he intends to call “3 witnesses”

  Attorney Robert Birk representing Plaintiff stated about a half dozen witnesses might be called.

SRD Commissioner John Williams was not in attendance.
