CRR/Budget Audit Committee (BAC) Chair Herb Parker and Ranch President Kari Vickery also attended.

MEETING SUMMARY

According to Director Wilcox: “We fine tuned the proposed FY 2024-2025 Budget, made some Line Item changes and made it more detailed oriented.” He added: “This is not an approved Budget-yet.”

“IT JUST KILLS ME OF ALL OF THE ANIMOSITY”

CRR/BAC Chair Herb Parker along with his wingman-wingwoman, Kari Vickery utilized the meeting as a personal attack weapon.

Rightly or wrongly, Parker used the meeting as the Association’s personal “hit man.” He opened his remarks by saying:

“I’m the Chair of the Budget Audit Committee on the Ranch, I was on the Board of Directors about 14 years ago for a three year term.

I’ve been hearing a lot of discussion-first of all, I want to say, it just kills me of all of the animosity that seems to be going around here...”

Breeden: “I thought Parker’s presence at the meeting was to help with the SRD budgeting process, boy I was wrong.

.

After opening his remarks about animosity concerns, what does he do, he throws gasoline on the fire and lit a fuse.”

.

Breeden was the subject of Parker’s Molotov cocktail regarding a property tax issue. Herb wanted to public disgrace Breeden over some delinquent property taxes.

.

Breeden: “I’m self employed and like many others, are experiencing some difficult financial times. Yes, I am behind on my property taxes and I’ll have more to say about that later.

.

Post meeting, Parker in typical fashion, attacked Ranch Matters staff, select Association members and SRD Chairman’s wife, Luann Breeden.

After BAC Chair Parker told Ranch Matters (RM) staff, resident Carol Orr, Luann Breeden and others to

“GO F***K YOURSELVES” he then called us F**KHEADS” and “Ten-Percenters”.

RM responded, some might say, inappropriately. No Apologies.
