Judy’s meeting was promoted as a joint “HOA BOD/SRD BOD MEETING” and required an Invitation.

Her “INVITATION ONLY” demand, reflected her true motive to limit homeowners access to statutorily required information.

Further, after calling the meeting a joint “HOA BOD/SRD BOD MEETING” she told SRD Chair Lynn Breeden: “It’s NOT a Board meeting...”

“HOA BOD MEETING” Not a “HOA BOD MEETING”?

As reported, after the meeting, President Kari Vickery admonished Ranch Matters (RM) for publishing Lapra’s “INVITATION ONLY” email that included her-Vickery’s email.

.

Vickery also admonished Chairman Breeden for providing Lapora’s email to our News Service, referring to it as “stirring the pot.”

.

“INVITATION ONLY” and “STIRRING THE POT” are interesting statements further suggesting that Ranch Management and the Ranch Board wanted said joint meeting off the homeowners radar.

Chairman Breeden attended the 03/18/24, HOA Regular Board of Directors meeting and told RM that he was disturbed that Ranch Manager Lapora failed to discuss or even mention her summoned, 03/12/24, “HOA BOD/SRD BOD MEETING.”

Breeden: “I was in attendance that night and there was zero on the Agenda, zero Reported and zero Minutes

.
