SPECIAL BOARD MEETING TODAY

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING TODAY - August 2, 2017
This Morning at 10 am, the Board held a Special Meeting to select a replacement for Director Butler M (Bim) Gander who recently resigned.
There were 3 candidates vying for Mr Ganders position- Bill Sundin, Stephanie Proffitt & Mike Folkestad. After a short Q&A of the candidates, the Board adjourned for an executive session meeting to make their selection. The regular meeting was reconvened and the Board unanimously voted to appoint Mike Folkestad as the replacement Director.
Mr Folkestad read the oath of office and the meeting was adjourned.
