Today, CRR/SRD Chairman Lynn Breeden confirmed that the SRD has purchased the Badger Hill Right-of-Way and presented the final documents to the Jefferson County Commission for final approval at their meeting.
Breeden: “After years of debate, delays and procrastination, the controversy surrounding this hot topic-Badger Hill Road Right-of-Way, can finally be put to rest.”
