Ranch Matters learned today that the vandalism incidents at Panorama Park have been solved.

Jefferson County Sheriff Jason Pollock confirmed two suspects, both under the age of 12, have been identified as the vandals. However, Oregon law prohibits children younger than 12 from being charged with a crime.

Sheriff Pollock further confirmed that the parents can be held civilly liable for the damage.
