President Vickery’s Board will be further discussing Code of Conduct issues related to the Policy & Procedure Handbook. Ranch Officials continue to push the FALSE NARRATIVE that tighter rules are needed to protect them from “ Intimidation and harassment.”

Proposed Policy Change:

“ALL AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDINGS WILL BE FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY TO ENSURE ACCURACY OF MINUTES, ETC. AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDINGS WILL NOT BE POSTED ON THE RANCH WEBSITE OR PROVIDED TO MEMBERS.”

Former Policy:

As has been the practice, the Board will continue to post the audio files of the Board meetings onto the Ranch website for member review.”

WHY CHANGE THIS POLICY?

.

As we have reported in the past, Ranch Officials spent about $14K in audio/visual equipment for recording Board meetings.
