RASMUSSEN REPORT (Emergency Exit)

Interviewed County Administrator Jeff Rasmussen this morning regarding the Emergency Exit Status.

Brief Summary:

• The January 1, 2018, LOAN START DATE is on “Hold” until all bids have been received. The bidding process will commence sometime in “Mid-February 2018.”
• Timeline issues, including “7 day Protest Period” is also on hold until the above has been completed.
• Administrator Rasmussen has never seen or been provided a copy of the Original Application to the BLM.
• The County is waiting on CRR’s Attorney Kevin Harker to provide details regarding the loan repayment plan. The plan will most likely include collateral-Members Property.
