At last Monday's (7/15/19) REGULAR BOD MEETING , John Stevens from Ranch Matters addressed the Board regarding defamatory statements made by Ranch Manager Judy Lapora to former Director Carol Orr.

According to Ms. Orr, Lapora told her that David Stangland and John Stevens are "DANGEROUS, CRAZY and TROUBLEMAKERS."

Ranch VP Stu Steinberg responded: "I don't understand why, I guess, there seems to be so much animosity between some property owners and Members of the BOD. For one thing, it's really disheartening and I just don't understand."

WHAT DOESN'T STU UNDERSTAND?

"Words are like weapons" and have the ability to destroy reputations and lives. Ms. Lapora and the Board should know better, but just doesn't seem to care.

At this meeting, Steinberg was questioning the level of animosity on the Ranch while at the same time and in a reckless manner stated, "As far as I’m concerned, they (Water Company) are stealing from us" regarding revenue sharing.
