President David Palmer's August 2017, published message in the Ranch newsletter asked the question: "So, how did this all come about?" Good question and we can agree on at least one point, "...it has been building for several years..."

However, Palmer's historical account is a fictional perspective designed to control and mislead the Association Membership. A closer look at the historical documentation might prove informative. SEE LETTER BELOW.
