SRD Records Request-Follow-Up

Filed our SECOND PETITION REQUEST yesterday, January 2, 2018, with Jefferson County DA Steven Leriche regarding SRD’s refusal to produce records in accordance with Oregon Law. Copy of our second PETITION below.

DA responded later the same day and a copy of his email attached below.

Oregon law requires petitioning the DA’s Office when government entities refuse to comply with lawful Public Records Request. We have been attempting to obtain records from our SRD now since October 2017 to no avail.
