In our earlier story, “JENNIE’S OUT OF THE BOTTLE”, we reported that Ranch Matters (RM) obtained a three page Investigative Report, authored by Jennie Anderson, “Area Coordinator” for the CRR/LGOP-Little Group of Patriots.

Her Investigative Report confirms that certain Ranch Officials have shared and/or provided targeted homeowners personal/confidential information.

Jennie’s three page Investigative Report begins with an opening statement and is further sub- divided into five sections.

Section one, “BASIS OF MS. ORR’S REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE”;

Section two, “DETAILS OF MY INVESTIGATION”;

Section three, “DECISION REACHED”;

Section four, “CURRENT CONCERN”;

Section five, “MY INTENTION.”

Ms. Anderson’s Investigative Report was published and sent out via the “SLACK” communication platform used by LGOP and PRO5.

GENESIS

Ranch Matters (RM) has reported on many political and/or activists groups throughout Oregon, including the Peoples Rights of Oregon (PRO5).

We have covered their rally’s, demonstrations and special events including last June’s “FIGHT FOR FREEDOM” Event at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds.

Scott Stuart, one of the volunteers that helped organize the event, told us that PRO5 hosted the event to get people educated and engaged.

Stuart added: “This is a place where you can come, mix in with some other patriots that believe in the Flag, believe in United to Defend...”

In another one of our reports, “THE UN-AMERICAN”, PRO5 was afforded an opportunity to respond to former Deschutes County District Attorney, John Hummel’s remarks about PRO5 in a Bend Bulletin story.

Hummel: “I WOULD TELL THEM (People’s Rights) they’re anti- American, dangerous group that repulses me...”

Our story reported on the distinctions between the protests and riots throughout the Portland Metro Area most of the summer of 2020 and the pro-American rally’s of PRO5.

PRO5 prominently promotes the protection of ones rights and advertises contacting them when help is needed. “WHO WOULD YOU CALL RIGHT NOW IF YOU NEEDED HELP PROTECTING YOUR RIGHTS?”

 

Due in part to the above and because PRO5 promotes the importance of “fighting for freedom” and the need to “unite to defend”,

We reached out Scott Stuart and BJ Soper regarding the three punitive/retaliatory resolutions imposed by the Ranch Directors last June.

Initially, we spoke directly with Stuart and he recommended we contact BJ Soper.

Approximately mid-January (2023), RM sent BJ Soper a text as suggested by Stuart. Soper responded: “Give Jennie a call. She’s the area assistant that lives out there” and provided her contact information.

Following the above, we had another opportunity to talk with Stuart about BJ’s referral to Ms. Anderson and provided him with more details related to the three dubious resolutions, Fining homeowners over speech-questions and the lack of due process on CRR.

Additionally, we detailed the circumstances surrounding Carol Orr’s Fine and the Ranch Directors failure to allow her an opportunity to present a defense as prescribed by the rules.

Stuart suggested we pass along to Ms. Orr Jennie Anderson’s contact information.

Around this same timeline, we were preparing a report regarding HB 2572 about paramilitary activities involving groups of three or more people.

Our story, “SPIES, LIES & DEMONIZE” included comments from both Scott Stuart and Jennie Anderson.

Ms. Orr reached out to Jennie Anderson based on Scott Stuarts referral. There’s no mystery behind how and why Jennie Anderson was contacted.

Ms. Anderson was contacted and offered opportunities to meet with RM and she declined.

When she states in her report,

“Rarely does he (John Stevens) provide commentary from the opposing side, and too often his ‘facts’ are based on nothing more than Ranch scuttlebutt”

she is being disingenuous.

Jennie was contacted and in one of her messages to us she stated: “I decline your offer to met (sic) in person as my plate is full with other obligations.”

She ended her message: “I would appreciate not being contacted for comment or opinions on articles moving forward. Take care.”

 

Interestingly, Jennie Anderson links Scott Stuart to her report by stating: “Scott and I ultimately came to the agreement that it is NOT in our best interests for me to meet with John Stevens at this time and assisted me in drafting my response.”

Scott Stuart confirmed consulting with Ms. Anderson and stated: “She (Anderson) did consult with me and I told her to work with all parties, to be a peacemaker.”

Stuart also stated he

“LIKES TO STIR THE POT, IT GETS PEOPLE INVOLVED-ENGAGED.”

Jennie Anderson’s so-called, (un-licensed) investigation and subsequent report, was apparently motivated by malice, littered with false/untrue accusations, misrepresentations and some interesting admissions.

“Peacemaker” or PROVOCATEUR?

According to dictionary.com, a provocateur is “A person who provokes trouble, causes dissension, or the like; agitator.
