PANORAMA PARK MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)

Update

At today’s Jefferson Board Of County Commissioner’s Meeting,

Crooked River Ranch (CRR) resident Carol Orr testified regarding the proposed/revised MOU.

Ms. Orr’s comments focused in part on Ranch Manager Judy Lapora’s (mis) handling of the former MOU along with concerns regarding the County’s role ensuring the new MOU terms and conditions are monitored.

Ms. Orr reminded the Commission that Lapora ignored the original MOU for many years and “wasted Jefferson County taxpayers money.”

According to Jefferson County Administrator Jeff Rasmussen, there is no final MOU version at this time, but their close to having it finalized.

Rasmussen said they are shooting for a final version for the CRR/BOD Meeting on the 19th and presented to the Board of County Commissioner’s on the 28th.
