“OUTSPEND”

Carol Orr contacted Ranch Matters today regarding a recent post made on Next Door and on CRR Chat Group by former Ranch President, Dave Palmer.

Carol stated Palmer’s comments were not only “ambiguous”, but also “misleading and confusing,”especially about her. She read aloud Palmer’s statement relevant to her: “The only exception to this summary judgment is former director Carol Orr who agreed to an individual and separate settlement with the plaintiffs the day before.”

According to Carol, her settlement is less about “exception” and more about the right thing to do. She asked rhetorically, why won’t the defendants sit down and talk-mediate? The answer is troubling. She was told while still on the board and a defendant,

“why talk-mediate when we (defendants) can OUTSPEND them.”
