On 5/31/19, Ranch Matters reported that Governor Brown appointed State Representative Mike McLane to the 22nd Judicial District Circuit Court,

which includes Jefferson and Crook Counties.

This past Monday McLane-Judge McLane was sworn in and has started hearing cases in Crook County.
