MOTION OF ACQUITTAL

Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Daina Vitolins Denied the defendant’s Motion of Acquittal today, stating in part, there is favorable evidence for the State and asked the defense to call their final witness.

Currently Judge Vitolins is hearing closing arguments.
