Failure To Appear (FTA) WARRANT-Butler (Bim) Gander

Yesterday, Deschutes County Circuit Judge Wells Ashby,

Issued a FTA arrest warrant for AD HOC ROAD COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN & FORMER RANCH DIRECTOR, Butler “BIM” Gander.

According to The Deschutes County District Attorney’s Office, the Warrant is valid and Gander’s June 6, 2018, trial has been cancelled due to Gander’s non-appearance.
