“Y’all were staking out employee homes and harassing them”

Ranch Matters (RM) was recently contacted by a former Ranch Employee/Source who has been following our stories and wanted to share some inside information. The source felt it important for us to understand the mind set of Ranch Manager, Judy Lapora and her

Pat, real name withheld for fear of retaliation, commented: “I saw your story and wanted to share some info I know-I used to work for the Ranch…”

Pat proceeded to provide some details related to the assigned department, duties, dates, co- workers interactions and Lapora’s management style, described as “dictatorial.”

The source stressed that Lapora orders all staff to avoid RM or face termination if caught talking to us. Source: “I don’t want you to talk to them and if they come in here, they are to leave right away-you can’t tell them anything.”

Additionally, Lapora is telling Ranch staff that RM is conducting surveillance/harassment operations against Ranch employees and their homes. Source: “Y’all (RM) were staking out employee homes and harassing them…”

RM categorically DENIES the above described false/defamatory accusations.

Pat’s parting comments: “The Ranch is a beautiful place to live, that’s one of the reasons I’ve been here for so long. But, the HOA seems crooked-they just seem really crooked. They do stuff without being approved and they don’t want to come forward with information and they target people.”

Lapora “LIKES TO SLANDER PEOPLE and is a dictator to work for.”
