Another question I have and has not been answered is how in the heck did this emergency exit get past the environmentalists on BLM land? I am sure you all know how difficult it is to use this type of land because of the environmental restrictions and even closures of BLM due to certain species and animals that occupy them. Where are they on this one? No consistency here? Also, sorry about the rudeness of some of the Board members.
