Here is what my double HOA fees for one lot gets me/ us. All the talk about a funded CRP program for maintenance and on the main administration building you have peeling paint and a deteriorating physical asset.

Right by the pool and the walk up to the golf pro shop. What a great message it sends to the visitors who use these facilities. Can’t afford to properly maintain the buildings?

Take some of that extra money I have to pay the HOA and buy some paint.
