Ranch Matters just uncovered some email traffic between Manager Lapora, her side-kick and Phase Rep Committee Chairperson, Karen Atwood

and former SRD Director John Williams.

John Williams emailed Lapora and Atwood seeking information about Ranch resident Michelle Parcel regarding at the time, an opening on the SRD. He was looking for their input. Williams was asking them if she was part of the “STEVENS POSSE.”

“POSSE” ?

Lapora’s email response: “She (Michelle) is very much in line with the Stevens group. She has been very vocal about everything on Ranch Matters. However, as they say, KEEP YOUR FRIENDS CLOSE BUT YOUR ENEMIES CLOSER…”

Atwood’s email response: “I don’t know her, she is totally involved with the ATV club. Her husband is secretary and she may be against the alternate exit…”. “I would suspect she may be a PLANT FROM THE POSSE, but that is just my opinion. I haven’t seen much. I would be a little leary if it were me.”

“HIT LIST”

Michelle Parcel’s name was one of many listed on Lapora’s “HIT LIST”- again obtained via an Order from the Oregon Department of Justice.

We contacted Michelle Parcel for a comment. Michelle: “First the ‘Hit List’, now this. What else is Lapora and her crew up to?

I find it extremely intrusive that Lapora, Atwood and Williams felt it necessary to pry into my personal life and talk behind my back and others they identify as the enemy.

Manager Lapora, her private war and overall unprofessional conduct needs investigated. I hope Ranch Matters looks into this.”

If Lapora and certain Ranch leaders can openly defame, discredit and demonize targeted homeowners they deem the enemy, while at the same time violating rules regulating residents personal and confidential information, so much for ones civil rights, property rights and reputations.
