We arrived late but County Administrator Jeff Rasmussen confirmed the Commission signed the OTIB LOAN COMMITMENT LETTER for the Public Works Project-Emergency Exit Road.

CRR BOD President David Palmer was present

but forgot to sign in.

However, according Administrator Rasmussen, Palmer remembered to thank the Commissioners for signing the Commitment Letter.
