“THIS IS A DECISION THAT THE BOARD IS GOING TO MAKE...”

Ranch Matters posted a story on 9/17/19, titled, “RESOLUTION CONFUSION” regarding Resolution Number 2019-08-05-A, “BOARD MEETING CODE OF CONDUCT.” However, the Resolution that President Carl Harbour, we mean the Board passed, was not Resolution Number 2019-08-05-A, because the Board inaccurately identified the Resolution, which created some confusion and served their objective.

Before the Board (Carl) passed the mis-named and mis-numbered Resolution, Carl discussed HIS PERSONAL REASONS for the Resolution. Carl stated, “It’s the decision of the Board, to pass this Resolution...” Carl goes on to say, “This is a decision that the Board is going to make...”
