Ranch Matters spoke with CRR Fire & Rescue Assistant Fire Chief, Sean Hartley, who was monitoring the fire from Panorama Park.

According to Hartley, the “Forest Service and ODF have Ground and Air Resources on it and are actively engaging it.”

Hartley stated the fire is “4 or 5 miles West of CRR”, winds are pushing the fire South and there’s no threat to the Ranch at this time.
